Lent: Reflecting on Psalm 23
Join us for this 6- week group during Lent to steep in Psalm 23 and receive the deep truths it holds for daily life with God in every season.

About
The beloved Psalm 23 holds the tension of the goodness of God in an unpredictable and often scary world. It acknowledges the reality of evil while declaring that in dwelling with God we can receive rest and abundance in all circumstances. It remains so popular, perhaps because of its relevance in all seasons of life and our ongoing need to get its truths into our flesh and bones.
Join us for a 6- week contemplative spiritual direction group that will journey slowly through Psalm 23, verse by verse, to observe in the community of others how God is speaking through it to you today. This group will be a mixture of lectio divina, silence for reflection, listening prayer, thoughtful question asking, and individual sharing with mirroring back to deepen what you're noticing. It is amazing what you can access when someone is holding space for you and inviting everyone into a shared experience.
This group will meet throughout Lent to support participants in the Lenten practices of deepened prayer, self honesty, reordering of affections, experience of God as sustainer, and whatever else God is up to in your soul.
We will meet Tuesdays from 8-9:15am PT// 11am-12:15pm ET on Zoom (link to to follow)
February 24, March 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31
This group is $160 for all six sessions and will max out at 6 participants.
