About the program: God created us to experience the joy of creative, generative authority. In our workplaces, we find ourselves in this position, whether we know it or not. This program will help you become more aware of the unique gifts you can bring into your workplace and opportunities to practice new ways of being that create flourishing for yourself and others.

Who’s facilitating: Julie Barrios helps companies and their leaders redesign their personal and cultural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Through her company, Nuos Formation, Julie helps organizations and leaders flourish, unblock innovation, and foster job satisfaction. Her experience with ancient methods of personal development enables her to quickly identify the root causes of a professional problem, then reorient someone toward a more hopeful perspective and path. Trained at Talbot Institute for Spiritual Formation, Julie has honed her skills through fifteen years of experience as a spiritual director at churches such as Reality San Francisco and colleges such as Biola University.
