Endings, Beginnings, and Liminal Spaces Retreat: Navigating Times of Transition

To be human is to experience transitions. From the smallest, barely imperceptible changes, all the way to those shifts that shake up our entire lives, we are constantly navigating a cycle of beginnings and endings. These experiences can be disorienting and leave us confused about the past and uncertain about the future.

Join spiritual director and pilgrimage guide Jen Manglos as she provides an embodied exploration of how to navigate transitions. In this retreat that meets two Tuesdays in a row, we'll explore rituals to help us grieve, celebrate, and release so that we can move forward with freedom and clarity, as well as exercises to integrate gifts from past seasons into our present lives.

About the Facilitator:

As a spiritual director, pastor, and writer, Jen Manglos delights in helping others discover their own belovedness in God. Embodiment, hospitality, and storytelling characterize her approach to spiritual direction, as well as pilgrimage, having completed the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage. She has been offering spiritual direction for over 13 years, holding an MA in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care from the Institute for Spiritual Formation at Talbot School of Theology, and in the last few years has moved into training and supervising directors.
