About
This cohort is designed to foster depth community and interdependent support while exposing pastors to new frameworks that will help them make inspired and discerning decisions about their ministry.
We will be meeting every other Wednesday from 9:30-11am PT over zoom beginning February 15-May 24, 2023. One meeting will be spent on ministry concepts and discernment and the other meeting will be spent on practicing pastoral peer clinical supervision. All meetings will be facilitated by seasoned ministry professionals who have dedicated their lives to supporting healthy ministry.
The primary facilitator and supervisor will be Julie Barrios. Â Julie is the founder of Nuos Formation and has spent 17 years serving as a spiritual director across many contexts. Â She has served on staff at large churches like Mariners Church in Irvine, CA and Reality SF, implementing ministry modalities and mindsets that have lived far beyond her tenure. Â Her expertise as a spiritual director as well as a liturgical designer has been sought by churches, non-profits, and even for profit companies including Linkedin and Dossier Creative.
Participation in the cohort is by donation. We've intentionally set it this way to make sure smaller churches have access to the best content available. Donations are tax deductible through New Horizons Foundation. When considering a donation please prayerfully consider how much you've spent in the past and consider allocating those funds here.
