Service Description

This is a six week group direction/ coaching experience designed to support you in befriending, processing and integrating your anger for greater healing, authenticity and dignity. It's modeled after the hero's journey and is a combination of embodied exercises, group processing and assignments that increase participants' capacity to access and interact with their anger in productive ways. Over the course you will: - Take inventory of what your beliefs about anger are and where they come from - Engage your anger in embodied ways that increase emotional freedom - Become more nimble in moving in and out of anger - Experience how anger can be used constructively - Release hurt(s) and practice forgiveness - Reorient your relationship with anger - Have assignments that help you engage the content outside of our sessions It's important to have a private-enough space for our sessions to fully engage the content.
