Service Description

This is a six week group direction/ coaching experience designed to support you in accessing, processing, befriending and integrating your anger for greater healing, authenticity and advocacy. It's modeled after the hero's journey and is a combination of embodied exercises, group processing and assignments that increase participants' capacity to approach and interact with their anger in productive ways. Over the course you will: - Take inventory of what your beliefs about anger are and where they come from - Engage your anger in embodied ways that increase emotional freedom - Become more nimble in moving in and out of anger - Experience how anger can be used constructively - Release hurt(s) and practice forgiveness - Reorient your relationship with anger - Have assignments that help you engage the content outside of our sessions This course is for men and women who find anger elusive and hard or "wrong" to access as well as for men and women who can feel overpowered by their anger. It's important to have a private-enough space for our sessions to fully engage the content. "Through this course I have learned to see anger as informative instead of negative.
